I’ve been at it 23+ years and it never gets any easier. There are few people you can discuss openly with, few people who will actually help you solve hard problems, and few ways to learn…other than getting your face smashed in with mistakes
I’ve tried every form of training - groups, mentors, retreats, books, etc. They help, but none of them prepare you for real world scenarios. When the pressure is on and you have to solve business ending problems while leading a group of people.
Therefore I created a simple program that I wish i had earlier in my career - Learning to be a CEO through solving critical problems in your business.
How It Works - First Session Is Free
Helping you become a better CEO is a two relationship so before we get started we connect for a 30-60min call and see if I can really help. There is nothing wrong with deciding we aren’t a fit together.
How It Works - Ongoing Sessions
We setup 3x working sessions to help you solve your company’s biggest problems. Through that process I’ll help you improve at how to get to the core problem, solve it, communicate it, and get everyone else on board. We’ll then check back in on how you’re doing and pick up threads we can improve on for next time.
3-4x working sessions in the first 60 days, each as long as you need.
Each topic we dig deep into the real core problem.
Help you writeup the problem and come up solutions.
Practice delivering the message.
Reviewing the results so you can improve.

Anything business related is fair game. Every mistake you’re going to make I probably made at least twice so we can cover everything any anything. It doesn’t matter if you are just starting as a CEO or are years into the process. Parts of the job get easier but it’s always a lonely mission. Topics I’ve helped others before…

Why It Works
Learning to be a CEO takes a lot of practice. Most of the learnings come through making mistakes. While mistakes are important, you want to avoid mistakes that end your time as a CEO whether through bankruptcy or being fired.
I do this on the side, It’s not my full time job.
I hate wasting time and money.
